Anuj and I have got some things to learn about gardening. Like, how to do it. So inheriting a fully landscaped yard has been overwhelming. Thankfully, the previous owners did us the favor of planting a variety of perennials around the yard.
We love the perennials because they require no ability on our part. They just show up and look good.
I’m proud to say I can identify the daffodil; step one in my gardening education.

Unwieldy rose bush that looks more like a hairball. Help?

Hyacinth, which someone had to identify for me. They smell like fancy ladies.

Peony – my favorite and my wedding bouquet – not ready but working on it!
