It snowed upstate last week.

But that didn’t stop the flowers and trees from blooming.

In the kitchen, spring is all about green foods.

Apparently, it’s all about “p” foods, as well.  Here’s my new favorite recipe of the season: fettucine with asparagus, peas, parsley, pancetta, and parmesan.

It’s easy, delicious, and going into permanent rotation.
